Ordering

Our website is designed to make ordering as easy as possible.  Click onto our packages page tab and follow the step by step guide (should you encounter any problems then please do not hesitate to phone/email us and we will be happy to help).

You can choose how long you wish to hire the crates for and have the option to purchase additional packaging items, combining both hire and sale items. Once you’ve entered your delivery information and paid securely online, we will confirm your order and your crates will be delivered to your office or home on your selected delivery date.

Our online ordering and payment process allows you to easily pay securely online via credit card.

Yes, absolutely! You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and a tax invoice can be issued upon request. Simply reply to the confirmation email and we will arrange that for you.

All crates should be returned in the same condition you received them in, free from debris, oil, grease, labels or writing.  Marker pens are supplied for you to write on the attached labels in order to identify the contents of each crate. These can easily be wiped clean by applying methylated sprites onto a clean cloth. For any hire equipment that is not returned in clean condition or has discarded labels, a cleaning fee of $5/crate may be charged to your credit card. Hireage

Full payment is charged to your credit card once your order is confirmed.

We also hold your credit card details for security.

Any additional charges may be payable/applied if all hire items are not returned on time and in good condition, but we will contact you prior to doing so.

Yes, absolutely! Please contact us to receive a custom quote.

Subject to availability, all you have to do is call or email us to arrange an agreed extended timeframe.

For all equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee will be charged to your credit card. For more information please refer to our Hire Terms & Conditions.

Delivery

Our services are available across the Taranaki region. Free delivery and collection is available within Taranaki urban areas. For delivery or pick up outside of these areas please contact us.

You can nominate your preferred delivery date during the order process, we will contact you if we need to tweak the delivery day/time.

Your crates can be left in an easy, secure & weatherproof location on your property. You will be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur in this instance.

Detailed instructions on where you want us to leave your crates can be left on the order form under ‘Additional Information’.
